I really enjoy the location of the hotel and some of the staff here are excellent. Mr. Hasan from the Apna Punjab restaurant is fantastic with his courtesy. Ms. Tharukha from reception has given me a great room twice and always helps me with a quick check-in process.r

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, mall, local restaurants, and a supermarket. The room was clean and well-maintained overall. The reception staff were welcoming, especially Receptionist Eli, who was helpful, polite, and provided excellent hospitality service. Thank you once again for the amazing customer service! The staff were very cooperative and the ladies at the reception were very helpful in providing everything I required. Right from Check-in till Check-out. The only problem I faced was there was no authentic Indian Veg Restaurant nearby. I had to take a taxi to go to the Veg Restaurant. Another thing was we Indians are used to Indian (Hindi and English) TV Channels which was not available on the TV in the room. Otherwise, I had a very good stay. It is recommended for a single or a couple for a few days stay at Aavri. The only caution is one must be careful about the Night Clubs that are inside the Hotel.

I chose Aavri Hotel once again due to my previous excellent experience, and I am pleased to say they have exceeded my expectations once more. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome from the staff made me feel at home. The hospitality here is unmatched – especially the housekeeping and front office staff, who are always kind, attentive, and cooperative. When i arrived at the hotel, it was full but manager Imdaad, vicky,and tharuka help us to give free upgrades to the suite room. Which makes my family happy. We enjoyed our stay with the AAVRI hotel and will come back soon. Food is delicious 😋. We use the pool, with a nice view.

Eli, the hotel receptionist, stands out for his exemplary professionalism and warm welcome towards the guests. Thanks to his efficiency, the check-in process is smooth and fast. It is also worth noting that the establishment benefits from a convenient location immediately close to the road.
